New York-born filmmaker, actress, and author known for her "Cinétage" style, which merges theater and film. 

Career and Key Works

• Filmography: She made her feature directorial debut with "The Saints of the Rue Scribe" (2020), which earned 29 awards across 13 countries. Other notable works include "Cristabelle" (2022) and the 2025 award-winning drama "Resilience".

• Author: Taormina has written 12 novels, many of which she has adapted into films, including The Rose Princess, The Porcelain Doll, and The Anniversary (adapted as "River Lights").

• Production: She founded FireWing Productions in 2024 to manage her feature film career.
